Certified Medical Coder

As a Certified Medical Coder you will be responsible for the complete coordination of medical coding reviews including: organizing medical records, locating appropriate independent reviewers from our extensive network, preparing reviewer guidelines using appropriate codes, code descriptions, and diagnosis information, as well as any correct coding initiative edits and other pertinent information that is necessary.

The Coder monitors the physician reviewers’ progress, requiring contact with the physician reviewer when necessary, and ensures report integrity through a thorough review of report format and content, referral to an associate medical director and appropriate follow up.

The Coder must communicate with clients to update them on the progress of reviews and address any problems or issues that may arise. The Coder may also need to be involved in case reviews that are performed by conference call between the client, the provider, the physician reviewer, and other appropriate persons; discussion with reviewers regarding Medicare rules and regulations, CPT Guidelines, CCI edits, etc.; as well as research and hospital bill pricing for clients.

Skills/ Requirements:
• You must have your CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or CCS-P
• Coding and medical terminology experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to organize and multitask in order to meet deadlines
• Must be computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and internet research

Case Review Coordinator

An essential position within the company, the Case Review Coordinator is responsible for the complete coordination of medical reviews including: organizing medical records, preparing reviewer guidelines and locating an appropriate independent reviewer from our extensive network. The coordinator monitors the physician reviewers’ progress, tracks the report through the quality assurance process and communicates with our clients in order to update them on the progress of reviews and address any problems or issues that may arise.

We schedule employees between 6 am and 7 pm in order to meet our clients' needs. We are currently seeking to hire a Case Review Coordinator who works from 9 am-6 pm or 10 am-7 pm.

Skills/ Requirements:
* Medical terminology/medical records experience
* Customer Service experience
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to organize and multitask in order to meet deadlines
* Previous experience in medical insurance or case processing is preferred
* Must be computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Report Integrity RN

The Report Integrity Department is responsible for thorough review of report content, format and accuracy. We are looking for an R.N. to join Report Integrity team! New graduates will be considered!

RN’s with excellent writing ability will find this a great match for their skills. The Report Integrity RN is responsible for performing advanced medical report editing functions such as, proper use of medical terminology, application of evidence based medical practice guidelines, ensuring appropriate use of Evidence-Based Medical criteria, as well as clarifying report issues identified internally or externally.

This person will actively assist in solving both internal and client report issues, and provide direction to other staff members in all departments. They will also play a key role in the further development of our research library.

This position interfaces with physicians and service providers, working closely with our Medical Directors and departments throughout the company.

Skills/ Requirements:
* R.N. (New graduates will be considered!)
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology required
* Experience reviewing and editing written reports
* Customer Service, Case Management, UR or QA experience a PLUS!

Research and Report Integrity Coordinator

The Report Integrity Department is responsible for thorough review of report content, format and accuracy. We are looking for a skilled writer to join Report Integrity team.

Duties include medical report review for quality, clarity, consistency, accuracy of medical information, and completeness. The position also requires use of internet to obtain nationally accepted and current medical literature.

Skills/ Requirements:
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology required
* Experience working in the medical/ healthcare field
* Experience writing and editing technical and/or medical reports
* Strong attention to detail and advanced grammar skills
* Advanced written and oral communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems
* A Bachelors Degree or comparable education in a field appropriate for the position

Physician Recruiter

PRN is looking for a good communicator with a positive attitude to join our recruiting team!

This position is responsible for recruiting physicians and medical professionals to serve as independent reviewers for our organization. The Physician Recruiter is required to make 30 to 60 calls daily in order to expand our growing network. In addition, the position coordinates appropriate follow-up so good organizational skills are a must.

Marketing and Communications Officer

PRN is searching for an experienced and energetic marketing professional!

The key responsibility of the Marketing and Communications Officer is to ensure PRN proactively communicates information about available services to prospective clients.

The Marketing and Communications Officer will be responsible for developing new client accounts as well as expanding current client relationships. The position will also develop and create new marketing materials.

PRN may market and otherwise communicate with clients and potential clients through any appropriate mechanism including, but not limited to newsletters, website postings, faxes, mail and email communication.
