If you have not signed up for the online services, please call 800.257.6888 x113 to get a username and password.

Once you have those two items, you are ready to login.

You should go through all the guides on this website before logging in the first time. Once you have done that and you are ready to start, visit the PRN website at www.prniro.com

 In the left menu, click on the "Client Login" link.

A username and password box will pop up. 

Enter your username and password and click ok.

A few notes to keep in mind:

- Remember to put "@prnmail.com" at the end of your username.

- You can change your password at any time. 

Just follow the "Change Password" instructions on this site.

-If you select "Remember my password," it will never ask for it again.  Do not use this option on a shared computer.

You are now logged in.  This is the Welcome to Client Services menu.
